We welcome visitors to Gulfport's famous funky cozy cottage bookshop steps from Boca Ciega Bay. 

Voted Best of the Beaches by BeachLife Guide, we're a real book store, with real people giving friendly service and witty conversation in this location near St. Petersburg since 1993.

In a neighborhood of inviting little shops and restaurants, our book- filled cottage is a browser's delight.  Vacationers are encouraged to rest and read on our shady deck. Small Adventures Bookshop is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Coffee) establishment. 

We offer hard-to-find titles and have a satisfying supply of paperback adventures on hand for the casual reader.
